The company's service centre is well equipped with the State-of-Art Test Equipment, latest Test Jigs, Test gadgets and Spares to provide efficient product support. The service centre is manned by qualified, experienced and factory trained engineers.


Rotax Electronics (P) Ltd. provides after-sales-service support for the repair of products marketed by the company in India, thereby reducing the downtime of the equipment during Warranty and the Post Warranty Periods as well.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

The Company also offers annual maintenance contract for its products when they go out of warranty thereby reducing the downtime in order to provide continuing support through an efficient periodic maintenance as well as service-on-call , thus doing away with the hassles of approval for service charges as and when the equipment goes faulty.


The Company offers comprehensive training to the customer representatives in the Operation and Maintenance on all its products. More advanced training can be imparted though the partners companies. The company is also keen to work with its customers to develop bespoke training packages that best suit their nee
